RADISSON BLU HOTEL & RESORT, ABU DHABI CORNICHE, Abu Dhabi – A Smart Stay in the City

I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel. The room was not ready when I arrived, but it was super comfortable and well-maintained, especially after being upgraded to a suite for our family with a kid. The service was attentive and friendly, with a specific shoutout to the check-in staff for their warmth. The location was prime, close to landmarks and essentials. The dining was top-notch, thanks to a varied and tasty spread. A few minor hiccups were noted, but overall a wonderful stay.

I was looking forward to a great sea view from my room, but it turned out smaller than expected. The rooms could use some updating and a bit more care. Unfortunately, my check-in experience was not smooth, with missing items and cleanliness issues. The staff seemed to struggle with basic reservation knowledge and the valet parking was a chaotic mess.

The hotel rooms were outdated and small, needing a facelift and some TLC, but they were very clean, and the staff was pleasant. The service was exceptional with a few minor misses in luggage assistance. The location was decent with good connections in Abu Dhabi but a bit far from attractions on foot. The dining experience offered a superb selection of foods. Overall, the hotel needs some updating but provides a great choice of meals and excellent service.

I absolutely loved the hotel's stunning ocean view from the room, but it was a bit disappointing that the actual room was smaller than expected for a 5-star hotel and didn't offer the city view as advertised in my booking. Luckily, the suite I was moved to was much more suitable and comfortable, almost like most American hotel rooms minus the microwave and a proper window.

The hotel offers cool, bright rooms with comfy beds to relax and enjoy. Although the rooms were a little cold with no heater, the fantastic value, including access to the executive lounge with complimentary food and drinks, made up for it. However, the space was a bit tight for a 5-star hotel.

Staying in a suite next to another room that was a bit dated and smoky made it less peaceful for breakfast, but the beds were comfy. The service at La Terraza was exceptional with efficient check-in, thanks to Rozene, who went above and beyond. The location was perfect for the beach area, although a bit dated, and the dining experience, while satisfactory, had room for improvement with queuing for some items. The hotel facilities need a bit of upgrading but still offer a decent stay.

The hotel is in a decent location near the sea, but the rooms are tired and need refurbishment. The lack of breakfast included is disappointing given the rates charged.
